Hi Allison! I just learned that I'll be needing ACI surgery soon. Just waiting on approval from my insurance and they'll start growing the cells. Your blog both terrifies and comforts me. I've been torturing myself with YouTube videos of the procedure, but my real anxiety is around recovery. Thank you for this thorough and honest accounting of the year following your surgery. I can't tell you how much it helps to learn about the journey from a patient's point of view. I hope you are loving life and keeping active. Thank you again!
